Salty Fit Pilates is for everyone, whether you’re an athlete, runner, dancer or have never exercised before. In our Pilates class, you will learn to engage and control and stabilise muscles of the body, creating awareness of the body in movement as well as awareness of the breath.
Salty Fit offers Mat, Beginner and Reformer. You will work all muscles of the body with an emphasis on your deep core muscles. We move with control and purpose and focus on quality. My aim is to have you walking out of the class feeling refreshed, lengthened and have worked your muscles like never before.
Our Pilates sessions will be held at Salty Fit Studio but keep in mind we love our outdoor sessions watching the sunrise during the warmer days. You might receive a message prior to class about relocating to Port Authority Park.
What benefit will Pilates give me?
Creating awareness of the body, breath and connecting the mind to the muscles you are working on. Pilates will help improve your flexibility and posture, strengthen and stabilise the body which in result can reduce your risk of injuries and unwanted pain in the future. Incorporating Pilates into your weekly schedule is highly recommended.
