OUTDOOR CIRCUIT

Outdoor Circuit – Perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. This class is designed in a circuit format, incorporating weights such as sandbags, dumbbells, battle ropes, slam balls, and resistance bands. We offer sessions at two locations: Port Authority and West Beach (first car park). Please check your Momence app for the exact location details. In case of unfavourable weather conditions, we will notify you about relocating the session to the studio.

Mat pilates

Matwork Pilates uses body weight, props and gravity for resistance is flowing and continuous, is creative, fun and feels amazing and allows you to move in all directions.

The heart of the Pilates method: matwork uses body weight and small props to create a challenge that is scalable for everybody. A dynamic, full body workout, matwork invites creativity and affords freedom in movement and flow.

 

Pilates Circuit

This class features a circuit-style workout incorporating Pilates-inspired exercises. We use a variety of equipment, including weights, Pilates balls, magic circles, foam rollers, fitballs, Reformer machines, barrels, Pilates chairs, and Cadillacs. It’s an engaging, dynamic session and one of our most popular classes.

Reformer Pilates is a piece of original Pilates apparatus, uses springs and pulleys to create variable resistance, is a supportive and highly effective way to exercise, is challenging and a therapeutic movement.

Feedback from the apparatus reinforces technique and challenges stability, while the manipulation of resistance creates work in big and small muscle groups alike, culminating in powerful, whole-body conditioning. Similarly to Matwork, all exercises on the Reformer are scalable, making this a truly versatile format.

 

Vinyasa Yoga & SLow FLow

VINYASA – Move gracefully through asanas (postures) while cultivating breath awareness and practicing pranayama techniques to achieve a calmer, more focused mind. Occasionally, we hold special sessions outdoors on the beach—you will be informed in advance.

SLOW FLOW – Experience the slow-flow yoga class you’ve been dreaming of. Perfect for beginners or anyone seeking tranquility, this class helps you connect deeply with your mind and body, leaving you feeling lighter and more refreshed.


 

SLow Burn and stretch

This class is a mat based Pilates class. We go through gentle exercises that will lengthen, mobilise and strengthen muscles, joints and help calm your nervous system. This class is a great option if you are starting out with Pilates or exercise, or maybe you just need a chill class that will make you FEEEL GOOOD.
