Salty Fit Boot Camp is an outdoor training for all levels of fitness. This is for the outdoor lovers, we train in most conditions, meaning we are pretty tough. Our members come in all shapes, sizes and fitness levels, we accept everyone and leave our ego elsewhere. 

Boot Camp is a combination of strength and cardio training, we use our body weight, sandbags, weighted pipes, bands and occasionally include a boxing session. Boot Camp is catered for all levels of fitness, and we are happy to program around injuries and limitations. 

What benefit will Boot Camp give me?

You will improve your cardiovascular fitness, muscle endurance, notice positive mood changes and increased energy levels. General regular exercise will also improve sleep, reduce your risk of chronic disease, and keep your mental health intact.
